Remembrance Day Handprint Poppy Wreath
You will need:
Green, red, black paint
Paper Plate
Green Card
Egg cartons
Scissors
Glue
To make:
Cut out the centre of the paper plate and paint green. Put to one side to dry.
Make the egg carton poppies. Cut a cup from the egg carton and neatly round off the edge, so it looks circular.
Cut four equally spaced slits down into the base of the egg cup to create petals. Round the tops off.
Paint the egg cup poppy red, with a black circle in the centre. Leave to dry. Repeat steps 2-3 until you have as many poppies as you want.
Next, make the handprint leaves. Draw round your hand on green paper and cut out. Repeat until you have as many leaves as you want.
Stick your handprint leaves onto the paper plate ring. Then, glue on your poppies.
